Project Manager - Electrical Construction

The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all aspects are executed efficiently and effectively. This role requires a strong understanding of project management principles, along with expertise in design build and estimating, particularly within the electrical and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from planning through execution and closeout
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met
• Monitor project progress, handle alterations, and manage risks to maintain project schedules and budgets
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed of progress and any issues that arise
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence with stakeholders
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Experience with design build processes and estimating
• Familiarity with electrical systems and commercial construction standards
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
