Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop detailed cost estimates for projects, including labor, materials, and any subcontractor services.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to establish project specifications and timelines.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Prepare and present project proposals, contracts, and reports to stakeholders.
- Lead project meetings and coordinate with various teams, including contractors and suppliers, to ensure smooth operations.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proven experience as an estimator in commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
