The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while adhering to safety regulations and codes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of fire alarm and suppression projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and team members to address project needs and updates.
- Oversee project close-out processes, ensuring all documentation is completed and compliance is achieved.
- Utilize project management software and ERP systems to track progress and resources effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry, specifically in fire protection.
- Strong understanding of fire alarm and suppression system installation and maintenance.
- Proficiency in project management software and ERP systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and multi-tasking skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and facilitation skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Knowledge of budget management and scheduling techniques.

Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
