Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of glazing projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders regularly.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the glazing industry or related field.
- Strong knowledge of commercial glazing, curtainwall, and storefront systems.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Salary : $80,000 - $125,000
