In this role you will be working directly with our well tenured team and our Preconstruction Director who's been with us 10 yrs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating the cost of construction projects, ensuring that all projects are completed within budget and on time.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience ground-up builds
- Experience with multifamily (preferred), commercial, or industrial projects
- Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and equipment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and other team members
- Proficiency in industry-standard estimating software
- Competitive base salary of $120k-$140k depending on experience
