Project Manager - Commercial

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager - Commercial to oversee and manage a variety of commercial projects in the healthcare and education sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commercial projects from inception to completion in the healthcare and education sectors.
• Develop project plans, including defining scope, timelines, and resources required.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to ensure project alignment and success.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the healthcare and education sectors.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, preferably in healthcare, education, or industrial sectors.
• Proven experience managing projects within budget and on schedule.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with construction processes and regulations, particularly in the healthcare and education sectors.
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
