Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage healthcare construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with stakeholders including architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Manage contracts and negotiate with vendors and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards during construction.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on healthcare projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
- Familiarity with facilities engineering and project budgeting is a desirable advantage.

Salary : $130,000 - $170,000
