What You Will Be Doing
- Work directly with Superintendent on project
- Oversee all aspects of project completion
- Management of project budget, schedule, and quality
- Oversee contractual requirements and documentation
- Attend & contribute in project meetings
- 3 years of Project Manager experience
- Heavy Civil project experience (preferably highway or water treatment construction)
- Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and subcontractors
- Competitive base pay ranging from $120k - $160k bonus
