Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage heavy civil construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Prepare and manage project budgets and estimates using estimating software.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the heavy civil construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in estimating software and construction estimating/costing.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.

Salary : $110,000 - $160,000
