Project Manager - Heavy Civil Construction

The Project Manager for will oversee and manage all aspects of civil construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies, to deliver successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage heavy civil construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and estimates using estimating software.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the heavy civil construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in estimating software and construction estimating/costing.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
