Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple heavy civil and infrastructure construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all aspects are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate and communicate with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and address any issues that arise.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in heavy civil and infrastructure construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, sitework practices, and project management principles.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
