A related bachelor's degree is preferred, and at least 5 years of construction experience/knowledge of:
- Experience working for a mechanical contractor or Design-build firm executing commercial fire protection projects
- Commercial and Industrial project experience
- MEP Experience required
- 5 years of Industrial construction experience
- Experience in bidding projects, handling RFI's, submittals, and project scheduling
