Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning sessions and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project execution.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to align project goals.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and industry standards throughout project lifecycles.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety protocols.
- Prepare and present project documentation and reports for stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)
- 4 years Project Manager experience with HVAC
- Experience with commercial, healthcare, and education projects
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
