Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage land development projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
- Conduct procurement processes for necessary materials and services, negotiating contracts as required.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant zoning laws, regulations, and environmental policies.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders, highlighting key developments and potential challenges.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in project management, specifically within land development.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and contract negotiation.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
