- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Lead and mentor a team of surveyors and technicians.
- Utilize AutoCAD to create and review survey plans and plats.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
- Conduct site visits and assessments as needed to ensure project accuracy and feasibility.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to project progress and outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in land surveying and project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other surveying software.
