Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage residential construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with all building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential construction.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Experience with luxury and custom home projects is a plus.
