Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of marine construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and management as needed.
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within heavy civil or marine construction.
- Strong knowledge of pile driving and foundation construction techniques.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
