What You Need For This Role

• BS in Mechanical Engineering preferred
• 3 years of professional experience as a project manager or APM for commercial and residential HVAC construction projects
• Well-versed in change requests/orders, RFI's contracts and subcontracts, etc.
• Preferred experience with: Bluebeam, Procore, or other construction management softwares
