Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage M&P projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers to define project specifications and requirements.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Manage project teams, including subcontractors and vendors, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control measures.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, effectively communicating these to stakeholders.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in M&P projects.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Experience in industrial and commercial projects.

Salary : $120,000 - $160,000
