Salary: $120k-130k

Requirements: 3 Years of construction experience in a similar role experience on Multifamily projects

We are a large and well established Multi-family ground-up contractor in Irvine, looking for a Multi-family PM to join our team to focus on projects in and around Orange County

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee and lead construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-family and ground-up construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project completion.
• Coordinate and supervise construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
• Prepare regular project status reports and updates for management and stakeholders.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in multi-family and ground-up construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project management methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
