As a Project Manager for our Multi Family projects, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of commercial construction projects. Your role will involve managing the project team, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall project performance to ensure project goals are achieved
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and forecasts
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Oversee project quality control and safety programs
- Assist in the negotiation of contracts and change orders
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction and project management
- Experience in Multi Family construction is preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in project management software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
