We specialize in a very diverse portfolio of projects including Commercial, K-12, Municipal, Healthcare, etc. We are currently looking for a Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience in the Construction industry preferably working on similar projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for the planning and execution of construction projects and for the general contracting of commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of successful delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of project tasks and schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Manage project budgets, including forecasts and expenditures.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes during construction.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, particularly with municipal and K-12 projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management software and tools, preferably Procore.
- Experience with general contracting and building construction processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with budget management and financial reporting in construction projects.
