This role will involve planning, executing, and closing projects, while managing stakeholder expectations and delivering innovative optical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple manufacturing projects from initiation to closure.
- Develop project plans, including defining scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as needed to stay on track.
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation.
- Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders for review and approval.
- Utilize project management software such as MS Project to track progress and manage timelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in manufacturing, preferably within photonics or optics.
- Strong knowledge of SolidWorks and ERP systems.
- Experience with thermal analysis, LEDs, and remote sensing technologies.
- Familiarity with light measurement and optical system design.
- Proficient in laser measurement techniques and laser technologies.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills for liaising with stakeholders at all levels.

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
