What You Will Do
- Run the project from handoff to completion, ensuring quality, timeliness, and profitability.
- Visit and manage job sites.
- Develop relationships and business, help land future projects.
- Create a plan and set up projects for the installation team.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients with consistent interaction.
- Create estimates & proposals as required.
- Mentor crew and assistant project managers when needed.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Bachelors degree or 5 years project management experience required.
- 2 Years of industrial polymer flooring experience required.
- Business development experience required.
- Strong knowledge of MS Suite, and Salesforce, Bluebeam, and Sage300 beneficial.
- Comfortable and efficient in spreadsheets.
- Able to solve problems effectively and efficiently.
- Commercial flooring experience, specifically polymer flooring, very beneficial.
- Salary: $120,000 - $200,000
- Bonus structure based on project profitability.
