- Oversee and manage all aspects of heavy civil construction projects, including highways, bridges, and infrastructure development.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial controls to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with DOT and other regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff, to ensure project goals are met.
- Prepare and review project estimates, contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and clients.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, including HCSS Heavy Bid, Bluebeam, ProCore, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Salary : $85,000 - $110,000
