Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver various construction and public works projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while effectively managing project teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring adherence to specifications and regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Manage project risks and issues, ensuring effective mitigation strategies are in place.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction or public works.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

Salary : $100,000 - $135,000
