Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified Project Manager to oversee ground-up construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery, adherence to budget, and maintain high quality standards while managing multiple stakeholders and resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage ground-up construction projects from design through completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget management.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and local building codes.
- Facilitate regular project meetings with stakeholders to communicate progress and address concerns.
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost management.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, specifically in ground-up construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and building regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience in single-family and multi-family construction projects is a plus.
