Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee residential construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the residential construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate residential construction projects, ensuring all aspects are executed efficiently.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with luxury and custom home construction is a plus.
