- Position Overview: The Project Manager is the primary point of contact and will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects from start to finish.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Review and approve project proposals and budgets.
- Lead project teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our clients satisfaction.
- Develop and implement project plans, procedures, and goals.
- Negotiate contracts, change orders, and scope changes.
- Organize and assign tasks to team members as needed.
- Monitor the progress of projects and evaluate performance.
- Work with vendors and subcontractors to manage the procurement process.
- Resolve project issues and discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and building codes.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 5 years of relevant experience in project management.
- Extensive knowledge of residential and multifamily construction, restoration, rebuild/overhaul, and project bidding/change orders.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary : $75,000 - $95,000
