The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and guiding construction projects from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to develop project plans and schedules.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, team members, and regulatory agencies.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
- 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, or commercial architectural industry.
- Proven experience in managing steel and structural steel projects.
- Strong knowledge of steel design and fabrication processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Contstruction Management degree is a plus.
