Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and management.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to achieve the best value for the project.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager for 6 years in the construction industry, with a focus on electrical projects and Tenant Improvements.
- Strong understanding of critical power systems and tenant improvement processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.

Salary : $125,000 - $150,000
