Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Team Management: Lead and coordinate the project team, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff, to ensure efficient project execution.
- Client Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Quality Control: Monitor project progress and quality, conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Budget Management: Track project expenses, manage budgets, and prepare financial reports to ensure projects remain within financial constraints.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure all project activities comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial glazing and project management.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
