We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee high-end residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while effectively coordinating teams and resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage high-end residential construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project alignment.
- Utilize Xactimate for estimating project costs and managing claims.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.
- Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of high-end residential construction processes and techniques.
- Proficiency in Xactimate for project estimation and management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
