Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and lead construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, as well as experience in HVAC projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, MEP systems, and mechanical engineering principles.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
