- Provide estimation and project management for fabrication and welding projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and production teams to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
- Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget estimates.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the welding and fabrication industry.
- Strong knowledge of welding processes and fabrication techniques, particularly in structural steel.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage diverse teams and projects.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools for tracking project progress.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
