Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
- Implement quality assurance protocols to ensure the highest standards are met throughout the project.
- Prepare and manage client billings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in invoicing.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in project management within the construction, surveying, or engineering industry preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Salary: $65k - 110k
