Project Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects, particularly in the multi-family and commercial sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Manage project resources, including team members and subcontractors, to ensure successful project execution.
• Conduct regular project meetings to communicate progress, challenges, and updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies accordingly.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective practices and timely invoicing.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the multi-family and commercial construction sectors.
• Strong knowledge of project management software and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
