What You Will Be Doing
- Overall onsite management of projects ranging in the $50M range
- Maintain construction schedule
- Work directly with Project Manager assigned to project
- Document daily Construction activities
- Coordinate material deliveries & site inspections
- 5 years of Ground-up Commercial Construction Superintendent Experience **A Must**
- Must be coming out of a reputable GC or Design-Build firm (those who are self-employed will not be considered at this time, thank you!)
- Those who are open to Travel, a Plus (travel expenses will be fully covered)
- Ability to manage project of $25M
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience communication & leadership skills
- Computer skills using Microsoft
- Experience with Procore is a plus
