What You Will Do
- Multi-Family New Construction Projects
- First Project: 50 Unit, 6 Story Podium - $25M Ground-up
- Manage projects from start to finish
- Work side by side with project management team
- Work with upper leadership to ensure project success
- 5 years of Superintendent experience
- 3 years of Multi-family Experience
- High School Diploma
