Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate capital improvement projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify property needs and develop improvement plans.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure successful execution and completion.
- Conduct regular property assessments to identify areas for improvement and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes throughout all improvement processes.
- Negotiate contracts with contractors and vendors to secure competitive pricing and quality services.
- Provide regular updates to property owners and stakeholders regarding project status and outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with a focus on capital improvement projects.
- Strong knowledge of commercial real estate practices and property management principles.
- Proven experience in managing budgets and timelines for capital projects.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
