Position Overview
The Proposal Manager - Heavy Civil is responsible for leading the proposal development process for heavy civil construction projects. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders to create compelling proposals that meet client requirements and enhance the company's competitive position in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end proposal process for heavy civil construction projects, including RFQs and RFPs.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to gather relevant information and data for proposals.
- Develop proposal strategies and themes that align with client expectations and company capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with all proposal requirements and deadlines.
- Review and edit proposal content for clarity, accuracy, and adherence to company standards.
- Coordinate proposal presentations and facilitate internal reviews to ensure high-quality submissions.
- Maintain proposal documents and templates for future use.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in proposal management within the heavy civil construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of RFQ and RFP processes and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.

Salary : $90,000 - $130,000
