Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections of roofing installations to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Perform quality control tests to assess the integrity and performance of roofing materials and systems.
- Document inspection findings and prepare reports on compliance and non-conformance issues.
- Collaborate with project teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to roofing and quality control.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures and policies.
- Participate in audits and inspections to ensure adherence to ISO standards and company policies.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on quality control practices and procedures.
- Proven experience as a QA/QC Inspector, preferably in the roofing industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and methods for roofing systems.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and compliance requirements.
- Excellent documentation and technical writing skills.
- Ability to perform data analysis and root cause analysis effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with project teams.
- Nice to have: experience with glazing techniques and materials.

Salary : $75,000 - $110,000
