Salary: $18 - 25/hr.
Requirements: Food background is a plus (FDA or USDA). SQF Level II certified. Ideal Candidate has 2 years' experience in Food Safety, SQF Level II, GMPs, Internal Audits. Bi-Lingual in English/Spanish is a Plus.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular quality inspections and audits of production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Develop and deliver training programs for staff on quality assurance practices and procedures.
- Document quality assurance processes and maintain accurate records of inspections and audits.
- Collaborate with production and management teams to identify areas for improvement in quality control processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Monitor and report on quality metrics to assess performance and identify trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in quality assurance or quality control in a food manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety regulations.
- Experience with SQF (Safe Quality Food) certification, preferably SQF Level II or equivalent.
- Familiarity with quality assurance software and tools for testing and documentation.
- Excellent communication and training skills to effectively educate staff on quality standards.
