About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Quality Manager (QCM) to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction quality assurance and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant standards, codes, and regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify that construction activities meet the required quality standards.
- Implement and maintain the RMS (Risk Management System) to manage and mitigate risks effectively.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to address quality-related issues.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on quality performance and improvement initiatives.
- Train and mentor site personnel on quality standards and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management preferred
- 5 years of construction experience on projects similar to this contract
- Active CQM for Contractors Certificate preferred
- Experience with RMS system management preferred
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and quality standards
