Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for construction projects.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of construction sites to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Review and approve project quality documentation, including quality plans, inspection reports, and non-conformance reports.
- Provide training and support to construction staff on quality control practices and standards.
- Maintain records of quality control activities and prepare reports for management review.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Control Manager in the construction industry, preferably in commercial and industrial projects.
- In-depth knowledge of quality control standards and regulations in construction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
