Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures. Oversee product inspection and testing to ensure quality standards are met.
- Manage and train a team of quality control inspectors.
- Conduct audits for ISO standards and regulatory compliance.
- Analyze quality control data to identify process improvements. Facilitate problem-solving initiatives for quality issues.
- Maintain documentation related to quality control processes. Collaborate with other departments to enhance product quality.
- Implement risk management strategies to minimize quality-related risks.
- 5 years of QC management experience.
- Structural steel experience.
- Certified Welding Inspector (CWI).
- Experience with AISC standards.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory compliance.
- Bridge component experience.

Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
