Title: Quality Control Manager - 40 Employee DC Power Supply & Assembly Manufacturer
Location: Cleveland, OH 44102
Salary: $85,000 - $95,000
Founded in 1960 we are a 40 employee DC power supply & assembly manufacturer and a distributor of power semiconductors to clients across the US. We service a variety of industries including oil & gas, military, metal finishing, automotive and resistance welding spaces. Over the past 2 years our headcount has grown 25% as we continue to expand our product line & gain marketshare in the space. We are targeting to hire a Quality Control Manager not necessarily to manage a team but rather our ISO-9001 process, monitoring the quality of our finished products and maintaining our quality control systems. Side note we are relocating facilities in the next few months over to Chesterland (southeast Cleveland) and the ideal candidate will be able to commute there.

What You Will Be Doing
- Take charge of the Quality Management System (QMS) of the company
- Develop & maintain quality control processes to ensure product quality
- Review data from production to detect trends & identify quality improvements
- Ensure compliance w/ industry standards, regulatory requirements & customer expectations.
- Conduct audits & quality assessments (both internal & external and for external suppliers)
- Present quality reports to management highlighting KPIs & corrective actions
- Manage calibration & maintenance of inspection equipment
- Act as representative for all ISO Audits & meetings
- Leads the RMA processes w/i the company
- Work w/ engineering to ensure quality of final product is up to client & company expectations
- 3 years of quality control / quality assurance experience in manufacturing
- Experience w/ statistical process control & quality analysis tools
- Strong understanding of quality management systems incl: ISO 9001 standards
- Ability to communicate effectively w/ cross-functional teams & external customers
- Proficient in MS Office suite & quality management software
