Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) in accordance with ISO standards.
- Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Lead investigations and corrective actions for Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR).
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Train and mentor team members on quality assurance processes and best practices.
- Interpret technical drawings and prints to ensure quality standards are met during production.
- Utilize measuring tools and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) for precise quality assessments.
- Collaborate with machining teams to optimize processes and reduce defects.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of QMS and ISO standards.
- Experience with metal stamping and machining processes.
- Proficiency in conducting internal and external audits.
- Familiarity with SCAR processes and corrective action methodologies.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Experience with measuring tools and CMM operations.
