Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality management strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Lead the Quality Assurance team in conducting audits and inspections to maintain product quality and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
- Monitor quality metrics and prepare reports for management, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
- Foster a culture of quality and compliance throughout the organization, providing training and support as necessary.
- Proven experience as a Quality Manager or similar role in a manufacturing setting, preferably in a Food or related field.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory compliance standards.
- Experience in food safety and quality control processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence teams.
