The Quality Manager will oversee the quality assurance and control processes within the organization, ensuring that our medical device products meet both internal and external quality standards. The successful candidate will lead quality initiatives, manage quality audits, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in quality systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality management systems and processes in alignment with company objectives.
- Conduct regular quality audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Lead investigations of quality issues and implement corrective actions, including root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with product development and manufacturing teams to establish quality standards and guidelines.
- Train and mentor team members on quality control practices and procedures.
- Monitor and report on quality metrics and performance indicators to senior management.
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on process optimization and waste reduction.
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
- Experience with ISO standards and quality management systems (QMS).
- Familiarity with Six Sigma methodology and statistical process control (SPC).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Salary : $100,000 - $140,000
