Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage mechanical project teams across multiple sites in the region.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources for mechanical systems.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution.
- Conduct project estimation and prepare detailed budgets and forecasts for mechanical installations.
- Oversee compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement project management best practices to ensure successful project delivery.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers, to address project needs and concerns.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction sector, specifically focusing on HVAC and mechanical systems.
- Proven track record of managing multifamily construction projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of project estimation and budgeting processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
